Dover Public Library presents a new Wellness 101 series of workshops, focused
on enhancing different dimensions of personal wellness. Join us on the second
Monday of every month for these free events - learn more about your body, mind,
and behavior, and how you can make changes to increase your own wellness!

how your value system influences your behavior, and how clarifying that system
helps you to make better decisions.

what contributes to robust physical wellness.
We will cover strength, endurance, balance, power, speed and
agility. We will also demystify the body
mass index (BMI) and learn about its pros and cons!

About the Instructor: Joe McCue is the owner of American
Wellness Solutions, LLC. He has been a
practicing massage therapist since 2001 and currently holds several
certifications in a variety of different modalities, including CranioSacral
Therapy for various health issues and Clinical Deep Tissue massage for people
with chronic pain and range of motion restrictions. He has well over 1500 hours of training, is
nationally certified and has served as adjunct faculty at College of Lake
County in Illinois in both the Massage Therapy and Health and Wellness
Promotion Departments. He currently
teaches in the Massage Therapy Department at Great Bay Community College in
Portsmouth. Joe is also a Certified
Wellness Practitioner and Wellness Coach as well as a Certified Personal
Trainer. He thoroughly enjoys helping
people lead fulfilled and balanced lives.
Additionally, Joe is a Certified Worksite Wellness Program Manager and
consults for organizations seeking to establish or enhance their employee
