The Ladybug Picture Book Award, a project of the Center for the Book at the New Hampshire State Library, is designed to promote early literacy and honor the best in recent children's picture books. This year's committee has chosen the 10 nominees for 2013. New Hampshire children, from preschool to third grade, will select the winning picture book when they vote in November.
