Judy Pancoast to Perform at the Dover Public Library

To help us celebrate the beginning of the Children's Summer Reading Program, Judy Pancoast, our traveling minstrel, will perform a free concert on the library lawn on Thursday, June 28 at 10:30 a.m. All are welcome! Internationally acclaimed children's singer/songwriter, Judy has been performing original music for children and families for over 10 years.
