Get Creative

Chocolate zucchini cake showed up on our staff room table the other day--you know what that means--zucchini overload. I personally love zucchini, but you can definitely have too much of a good thing. We have plenty of cookbooks that will give you a multitude of creative ways to cook zucchini such as:
