You may know Kenobi begins with a K
or Wookiee has two E's on the end, but how are you when it comes to
spelling the hard Star Wars words? If spelling Klaatu and Barada are a
breeze in the park for you or you're appalled no one can spell Pao's
full name right (Paodok’Draba’Takat Sap’De’Rekti Nik’Linke’Ti’
Ki’Vef’Nik’NeSevef’Li’Kek) then join us in this spelling challenge from a
long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...
Teams of up to four people are invited to challenge others in a spell-off. Single participants can join others to form a team. The announcer will give each individual team a word, then they will have 30 seconds to spell it. Teams that spell their word correctly will advance to the next round. Teams that have misspelled their word have the option to use one their three lifelines to stay in the game.
The last two teams standing will have a spell-off and the winner will receive a prize. The event is free and open to the public.
