We are very excited to announce that the Library has a new online magazine database, Flipster. It is small right now, only 13 titles, but we hope to grow it soon. It is so easy to use! You can read magazines on your computer or download the app onto Apple or android devices, phones and tablets, and Kindle Fires! Once the app is on your device, click on get started, choose Dover Public Library, enter your barcode, and start downloading!
