On
Monday, June 9 at 7pm, the Dover Public Library will present the third in a series
of free “Wellness 101” workshops by Joe McCue, owner of American Wellness
Solutions, LLC, and a Certified Wellness Practitioner. Do you
wish you
could learn more about your body, mind, and behavior? Wondering how you can
make changes to increase your own wellness? This month’s topic is “Physical
Wellness”. Learn what contributes to
robust physical wellness, including strength, endurance, balance, power, speed,
and agility. BMI (body mass index) numbers will also be explained and
demystified along with the pros and cons of these numbers.
Joe McCue has been a practicing
massage therapist since 2001 and currently holds several certifications in a
variety of different modalities. Joe is also a Wellness Coach, a Certified
Personal Trainer, and a Certified Worksite Wellness Program Manager. He
currently teaches in the Massage Therapy Department at Great Bay Community
